In-Store Return Policy
- Anna & Company will accept unworn and unaltered items with original tags attached for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase.
- Store credit never expires and is tracked in our point-of-sale system; therefore, our clients do not need to bring their receipts.
- Sale items and promotional offers are final sale.
- Worn or used items are not eligible for return.
- Anna & Company reserves the right to refuse any return.
Online Returns & Shipping
- Anna & Co. offers shipping anywhere in the continental United States.
- Receive FREE shipping for orders of $200 or more of regular-priced merchandise. Discounted items do not qualify for the free shipping dollar threshold.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for assistance by calling 805.464.2922 or emailing hello@annaandcompany.com. We accept full-price merchandise in unworn, unaltered condition with the original tags attached within 14 days of purchase for store credit, less shipping costs.
