Anna & Company offers a unique, by appointment shopping experience. We strive to make every guest feel important and valued. Until you can visit us in person, we hope you are able to get a "feel" of our boutique by checking out our online assortment. We have many more items in our shop and hope you can visit us soon.

 

In Store Return Policy

 
Anna & Company will accept unworn and unaltered items with original tags attached for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Store credit never expires and is tracked in our point of sale system, therefore our clients do not need to bring their receipts. All sale items and promotional offers are final sale. Worn or used items are not eligible for return. Anna & Company reserves the right to refuse any return. 
 
 
Online Returns & Shipping
 
For Anna & Company website purchases of regular priced merchandise totalling $200 or more, our guests will receive free shipping. Discounted items do not qualify for the free shipping dollar threshold. Complimentary shipping is available within the continental United States. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us for assistance by ringing 805.464.2922 or emailing hello@annaandcompany.com. We accept full price merchandise in unworn and unaltered condition with the original tags attached within 14 days of purchase for store credit less the shipping costs. All sale and promotional priced items are final sale. Worn items are not eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted without preauthorization.
